About the Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new self-service mobile and web application that will transform the way our customers interact with us. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating teams across product, design, and technology to bring an intuitive and user-friendly digital experience to life. This is a hands-on project management role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is passionate about improving customer journeys through technology. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of the self-service app, from planning and requirements gathering to launch and optimisation Partner with product owners, UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies and/or hybrid delivery approaches based on team needs Oversee integration with back-end systems such as CRM, payments, authentication, and customer data Ensure customer-centric design and functionality that delivers measurable improvements to customer experience Regularly report project status, risks, and achievements to senior stakeholders Drive post-launch improvements and continuous delivery practices Skills & Experience 5 years’ experience managing digital projects with a strong focus on mobile or web applications Proven track record in delivering customer-facing digital platforms, ideally self-service or transactional apps Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with ability to manage hybrid approaches Experience with app development lifecycles, API integrations, and cross-platform delivery (iOS, Android, Web) Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and influence decision-making Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills Relevant certifications such as Agile, Scrum Master, PMP, or PRINCE2 are an advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to deliver a flagship customer-facing app that will transform the digital experience Work in a collaborative, forward-thinking digital team Exposure to cutting-edge mobile and web technologies [Add company-specific benefits – e.g., hybrid working, professional development, competitive package] How to Apply If you’re an experienced Project Manager with a passion for digital apps and customer experience, we’d love to hear from you.
