As this is a new role, there will also be an integration period while duties are defined. Key Responsibilities Complete daily sales and cash flow transaction reports Maintain financial records and bank reconciliation Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements Work autonomously alongside the finance manager Maintain accurate online accounting records Skills and Qualifications Be well organised and skilled with prioritising your workload Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years bookkeeping experience Have sound Microsoft office and online accounting systems experience Have high attention to detail with 100% data entry accuracy Be well versed with numerical calculations and number interpretation Have the ability to find solutions or ask questions when needing support or guidance Culture As a medium sized business, this organisation fosters a friendly, practical and inclusive culture where teamwork and collaboration are highly valued.
