ConsultANZ is looking for an experienced Piling Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Queensland. With over 8 years of hands-on experience in CFA, Bored, Driven, and Diaphragm Walls, you’ll play a key role in managing complex piling operations from start to finish. About You Deep expertise in piling and foundation systems across large-scale projects Strong background in advanced ground engineering and piling techniques Skilled in producing engineering documentation, site reporting, and project records Natural leader with the ability to coordinate teams and drive project outcomes Highly organised with excellent time and resource management skills Your Responsibilities Coordinate closely with engineers, supervisors, and site teams to execute works in line with design specifications Ensure project delivery meets required quality, safety, and technical standards Oversee installation of temporary works, maintaining full safety compliance Prepare short-term programs aligned with overall project timelines Develop method statements and risk assessments to support site operations Track and document variations and additional works for monthly claims Maintain detailed site diaries to record daily activities and decisions Ensure all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and well-maintained Requirements Minimum 8 years’ post-graduate experience in civil engineering Relevant tertiary qualification in civil engineering or similar discipline Prior experience working on projects in Australia or New Zealand Strong foundation in self-perform piling and geotechnical works Excellent understanding of civil engineering practices and industry standards What’s on Offer Salary: $120k–$140k base Superannuation (negotiable depending on experience) Car allowance provided Be part of a reputable contractor delivering high-profile infrastructure Long-term opportunity with career progression in a specialised field.
