An exciting opportunity exists for a driven, energetic, and self-motivated Key Account Manager to join a progressive, fast-paced business providing innovative branding, asset management, and safety solutions to heavy industry, manufacturing, and utilities. In this role, you will take ownership of strengthening relationships with an established portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and uncovering new ways to add value. Around 80% of your time will be spent on the road, meeting clients face-to-face across multiple sites and locations, with opportunities to fly throughout Australia. The role includes a company vehicle or vehicle allowance and ongoing career progression opportunities. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Conduct regular site visits and in-person meetings with key clients. Maintain consistent engagement with all decision-makers across each account. Monitor account activity and re-engage less active sites or product areas. Distribute tailored catalogues, promotional materials, and campaign communications. Maintain accurate CRM records for all key contacts and interactions. Follow a structured engagement schedule to maximise outcomes and results. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Support clients throughout the buying journey to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
