We are seeking an influential and relationship driven Design Partnership Manager to strengthen and grow connections within Western Australia's leading architecture and interior design firms. The ideal candidate will have established commercial specification relationships and thrive on strategic engagement and shaping design outcomes. Reporting directly to the owner, the Design Partnership Manager will serve as the trusted advisor for end-to-end, tailored workstation and commercial furniture solutions. From early design discussions through to final specification. Supported by a beautifully styled CBD showroom, you will host presentations, showcase materials, and collaborate with design teams to deliver customised solutions that inspire and perform. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand high-value relationships with architects, interior designers, and project influencers Drive specification opportunities through proactive studio visits, showroom presentations, and targeted networking Provide product expertise, technical information, and tailored recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery from concept to installation Represent the brand at industry events, design functions, and networking forums Key Requirements Strong awareness of WA’s commercial property and project market, including key stakeholders and decision-makers Proven experience influencing commercial related design specifications Exceptional presentation skills and a passion for design Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities Organised, self-motivated, and confident working both autonomously and collaboratively This is an exciting opportunity to join a growth-focused business and be recognised as a key partner in shaping WA's commercial design landscape.
