About the role: As a Commercial Sales Specialist, you’ll partner with Account Managers, Key Account Managers, and in-store teams to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of quotes, tenders, and pricing for commercial clients. You’ll help drive sales growth by delivering accurate, timely, and customer-focused support that enables the business to win work and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process quotes efficiently across multiple stores Work with account managers to develop and execute customer strategies Maintain accuracy in quoting, tenders, and price lists Monitor conversion rates, follow up on aged quotes, and identify improvement opportunities Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers Contribute to process improvements for better customer service Manage commercial inboxes to ensure prompt responses Support projects and provide relief for the Commercial Support Coordinator when required About you: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database management Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organisational and problem-solving skills A collaborative team player with commercial acumen Experience in quoting, pricing, or commercial sales support is highly regarded Trade, tools, or hardware knowledge is a bonus, but not essential If you’re looking for a role where you can make an impact, work with a variety of stakeholders, and be part of a supportive team, this could be your next career move.
