About the role An opportunity has been identified within their Melbourne Corporate Commercial Practice for a talented & capable Lawyer, with a min. of 5 years PAE , to take up a key role providing Financial Services advice/services whilst gaining exposure to broader corporate commercial matters. With the support & guidance of truly approachable Partners this role will have a focus on wealth/funds management eg. licensing, establishment, administration, governance, compliance to disclosure matters associated with superannuation, life insurance products and funds management. Clients will include leading Super/Industry Funds, Real Property Investment/Fund Managers, Financial Institutions/Trustees and Iconic Employer Groupsjust to name a few. Ideal candidates will have A stable Financial Services background (preferably with Super exposure) of approx. 5 years; A genuine interest in Superannuation/Corporate Commercial (as opposed to general banking) focus/specialisation; A keen eye for detail; Outstanding communication/drafting skills; Ability to work efficiently & independently within a team environment.
