The Role This immediate, part time (3 -4 full days p/w) is perfect for a working parent with the school run. The position forms part of a very close-knit team, reporting to the Finance Manager. The role is full function AR with the collection’s component providing a mix of Business to – Business collections and also consumer collections with parents/families of clients. The role comprises of; Ascertaining credit viability of customers Collections by phone/email NDIS claims Invoicing Banking/allocations Journals Bank reconciliations Credit Card payments Credit queries Credit claims Liaising with sales/families-next of Kin re account queries Other ad hoc duties as required About You A self-motivated team player, you will be highly competent across full function AR, and you will need to be adaptable to help out other team members within the finance team where needed. Experience with full function AR is a must. Not For Profit or consumer collections experience will be highly regarded but not essential. AR candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply, more important is a tactile approach to collections with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
