As an RPA Developer, you’ll be at the heart of EML’s drive to work smarter, streamlining processes and delivering tech-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, always looking for new ways to improve how we work and deliver value through automation. This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Design, build and implement automation processes that streamline the way we work. Monitor and maintain automations post-launch, resolving issues quickly and effectively. Partner with Business Analysts to translate requirements into smart, scalable solutions. Ensure every automation meets high quality and security standards. Stay ahead of industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Act as the go-to expert for RPA development and UiPath technologies. ABOUT YOU Full Australian working rights without restriction. UiPath certification (Associate or Professional) with strong hands-on UiPath expertise is essential . Solid programming skills in C# and/or Python, with bonus points for experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs. At least 3 years’ experience in automation development and process improvement. Confidence working with SQL Server, Web APIs and Visual Studio. Experience in agile environments, ideally with Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
