We’re looking for a passionate and customer-focused Claims Service Specialist to join our lodgement team in Melbourne. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new Property claims, providing exceptional service and setting the strategy for each claim. You’ll manage a portfolio of low complexity claims, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes aligned with our values and service standards.
