The Opportunity: This position is instrumental in supporting our critical rostering functions by working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand factors affecting workforce plans, rostering processes, practices and governance to ensure reliable provision of quality care across our Residential Care homes. You will have Minimum 2 years’ experience in the scheduling/rostering of employees or relevant experience Demonstrated ability to use Data bases and Microsoft office suite programs, for example Outlook, Word and Excel Demonstrated experience interpreting Awards, ensuring scheduling compliance, industrial instruments and roster optimisation. Demonstrated experience or commitment to customer service focus. Excellent verbal communication skills A friendly, "no problem" disposition when dealing with employees and stakeholders. Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks and work independently Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and teamwork skills. Who we are?
