Job Role Review, update, and develop organisational policies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and operational requirements. Maintain and regularly update the Risk Register, ensuring effective risk identification, assessment, and mitigation. Monitor regulatory changes and provide advice to management and the Board on compliance requirements. Support preparation for external accreditation and compliance audits. To be successful, you must have Proven experience in compliance, governance, or risk management, preferably in the aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to translate legislation into practical policy and procedure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across the organisation. Hold a current Police Check.
