About the role We're looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team. You'll be crucial to ensuring our product development stays on track, ensuring our risk analytics software is delivered on time and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role where you will directly impact our product's success by organising, coordinating, and driving key initiatives. Responsibility Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for our risk analytics software, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery. Work closely with the product owner, engineers, and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively finding solutions to keep the team moving forward. Ensure clear and consistent communication across the team and with stakeholders, providing regular progress reports. Champion agile methodologies and best practices to optimise team efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a software development or tech environment. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, small team environment. Experience in or a foundational understanding of data analytics, financial services, or risk management is highly desirable. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM).
