This role is designed to support the Catholic Mission and Identity across a range of administrative duties. This role would suit an early-career professional with strong attention to detail, digital proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Catholic Mission and Identity is focussed on evangelisation, faith formation, and strategic partnerships to support MACS’s mission of forming lives of faith, hope and love. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage incoming enquiries and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and resource coordination. Assist in the preparation of agendas, minutes, memos, and reports aligned with MACS policies and standards. Support the team with proofreading, formatting, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Liaise across teams to coordinate meetings, briefings, and approval workflows. Assist with basic finance administration including raising eReqs and liaising with the Finance team. ABOUT YOU You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. You are highly organised and capable of managing competing priorities to meet tight deadlines. You demonstrate strong digital literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems. You are a collaborative team player who can also work independently with initiative and flexibility. You build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Salary range for this position is $69,252 (Level 2 Subdivision 3) - $78,425 (Level 2 Subdivision 7) per annum exclusive of superannuation as specified in the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 .
