Been a winner of the Family Choice Award 2025 , with glowing feedback highlighting our educational engagement, caring educators, and inspiring facilities Care for children Purpose-built nursery room featuring a Baby Ambassador , tailored routines, dedicated relationships, and seamless transitions as children grow Guardian Childcare & Education What You’ll Do Lead and inspire a team of educators in delivering high-quality, child-centred care in our Nursery room. Develop and implement engaging learning programs tailored to each child’s development. Build strong partnerships with families to support children’s well-being and learning journeys. Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework and Guardian’s quality standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment within our Nursery space. Collaborate with educators, Teachers, and leadership to continuously enhance practice. What We’re Looking For A recognised early childhood qualification (Diploma or Bachelor), or currently studying toward one. Strong communication skills with children, families, and team members. Proven leadership experience, including mentoring and leading teams. Commitment to ongoing professional development and sector best practices. Availability for full-time hours and flexible shift coverage. Prior experience as a Lead Educator in a Nursery room is highly desirable.
