Key Responsibilities Confidently work with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years , adjusting your approach for each developmental stage. Display flexibility in shift patterns—actively rotate between both opening, middle and closing shifts as required. No exceptions will be considered. Demonstrate a strong grasp of the Child Safe Standards , embedding safe, respectful, and supportive practices in everyday interactions with children and families. Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment as part of a professional educator team. Qualifications & Requirements Must hold either a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care Hold valid Australian citizenship or permanent residency —unfortunately, no sponsorship is available.
