Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing, including weekly and monthly specials, pricing policies, and in-store displays. Analyse market trends and sales data to improve the product mix and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and food standards in compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage the restaurant’s financial tasks, including budgeting, sales targets, and cash handling. Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall performance.
