Job-type: Full-time Location: Summer Hill, NSW Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) The key responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. Lead the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing, including weekly and monthly specials, pricing policies, and in-store displays. Analyse market trends and sales data to improve the product mix and maximize sales opportunities. Monitor and enforce health, safety, and food standards in compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage the restaurant’s financial tasks, including budgeting, sales targets, and cash handling. Handle customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, profitability, and overall performance. Lead, train, and motivate a team to maintain high service standards, while promoting a positive and productive work environment Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail managerial role, preferably in a fast-food or restaurant environment.
