Simple really: Monitor, track, and follow up on all quotes sent by the sales team, ensuring timely and consistent customer contact. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including tracking the status of every lead, quote, and sale. Proactively contact potential customers to address questions, provide additional information, and overcome hesitations. Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to confirm product availability, pricing, and lead times when needed for quote updates. Prepare and send supporting documentation (brochures, product specs, financing options) to customers. Assist sales consultants with appointment scheduling, diary management, and coordinating site visits. Generate reports on quote-to-sale conversion rates, follow-up activity, and pipeline progress. Ensure all customer touch points reflect our brand standards for professionalism and responsiveness. Support marketing initiatives by following up on campaign-generated leads. Provide administrative assistance to the sales team as required, including contract preparation and order processing. Why would you?
