This role sits within Business Banking (BB) Technology, providing technology solutions to Business Banking domain. Within BB Technology, the Customer Channels & Data Domain focuses on technology enablement of assisted digital engagement channels and AI engineered customer engagement and covers the teams that support BB relationship managers, frontline and back office, contributing to strategic BB and Customer NPS 30 outcomes. See yourself in our team As a Crew Tech Lead, drive the technology execution of the vision and roadmap for CRM Workbench and VRM within the BB CCD Domain, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to maximise delivery of business value and support benefits realisation. Demonstrated practical experience and knowledge in the following disciplines is preferred: Hands-on experience using AWS cloud services Effectively utilises generative AI tools to assist in coding tasks Crafts basic prompts to generate code and understands how to evaluate and integrate AI-generated code with human-written code Displays awareness of different AI engines and can choose the appropriate one for specific tasks, ensuring that the results align with business outcomes Technology delivery in large scale/complex organisation, working effectively across multiple business and technology teams Complex delivery planning, providing guidance and oversight to ensure that technical solutions are aligned to technology and business strategy Define Crew technical roadmap and ensure alignment to reference architecture, enterprise data standards, application simplification and modernisation agendas.
