This role will see you acting for global financial institutions, listed and multi-national companies, funds, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors on a wide range of restructurings and workouts, complex financing arrangements, special situations, insolvency. Working closely with partner Katie Higgins and other senior practitioners within a nationally collaborative team, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop both your legal and client relationship skills within a top tier law firm under the mentorship of industry experts. The multi-disciplinary nature of this practice gives you the opportunity to work with peers and partners in other teams across the firm. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 3 - 5 years' PQE as a lawyer with strong academic performance; A background in banking or finance with a desire to pivot into restructuring would be highly regarded; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build client relationships and maintain a positive team environment; High quality and technically-sound drafting skills, with excellent attention to details; A proactive and dedicated approach to client service, with strong time and project management skills.
