The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-focused Accounts Clerk to join our team on a 9-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Accounts Officer, this role will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounts payable and receivable functions, as well as providing support across a range of finance activities. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Process supplier invoices, including freight and foreign currency transactions Reconcile and cleanse general ledger accounts Set up new suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records Prepare and process foreign payments Accounts Receivable Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations Raise project and recharge invoices Set up new customers and manage account data Follow up on outstanding debts as required Other Duties Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting Assist with month-end and year-end processes About You You will ideally have: Previous experience in a similar accounts role (AP & AR) Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines Confidence with accounting systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills Experience with foreign currency transactions (advantageous) What We Offer Supportive team environment Competitive hourly rate A varied role with exposure to both AP and AR Onsite parking Why Join Us?
