Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage 4PL compliance, including customers, distribution, inventory, supply planning, and logistics. Develop and execute demand planning processes to maintain forecast accuracy and stock optimization. Implement operational strategies for new product launches, regulatory changes, and distribution improvements. Engage with internal teams to align supply chain operations with broader business goals. Lead S&OP processes and identify risks/opportunities to drive business performance. Drive continuous improvement through digital transformation projects and process optimization . Key Criteria for Success: A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce (professional accreditation highly regarded). 3-5 years of experience in a global commercial or pharmaceutical supply chain. Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP compliance, SAP, and demand planning systems are all desirable Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across stakeholders. Familiarity with TGA, Medsafe, and regulatory guidelines.
