About the role We are currently seeking a strategic and innovative Digital Content & Social Media Specialist to join our growing Marketing team . In this role you will play a critical role in defining and executing our digital communications strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and foster community across our digital platforms, including social media, EDM, website and other digital channels. As part of the Global Marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and executing our digital presence and elevating our brand through powerful, engaging content that resonate with our clients and showcases our leadership in design and craftsmanship This role requires a passion for storytelling, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to translate and execute brand objectives into compelling digital strategies. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy plan across all digital channels. Create, curate and manage content across various social media platforms in partnership with creative team. Execute Performance marketing plan, implementing best practice and optimising performance based on data in partnership with digital agency and regional leads Support website digital experience including ecommerce campaigns, creative planning and SEO in partnership with Head of eCommerce. Manage Email content planning and execution including creative briefing alongside marketing leads. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, You Tube.) Partner with Global stakeholders for ideation, campaign planning, and channel management. Collaborate with internal teams to capture stories, updates, and campaign moments. Manage and monitor Armadillo’s social media accounts. Track performance across channels using analytics tools and report on engagement and its impact on business goals. Constantly identify opportunities to enhance content workflows, with a focus on optimising processes related to content management, scheduling, and overall efficiency. Ensure all content is produced within budget and meets brand standards. Manage relationship with agencies partners. About You Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in social media management within an internal marketing department or a similar role. Previous experience working with lifestyle, design or luxury brands. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful social campaigns. Proficiency in social media scheduling, publishing and analytics tools. Experience with TikTok, Instagram, Meta and YouTube; Pinterest. An eye for design and attention to detail; ability to work closely with creative teams and global teamsUnderstanding of SEO principles and content optimisation strategies. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
