With this we have a need for energetic and passionate Food Runners to bring their energy and passion for hospitality to our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day, you'll be involved in the following (plus some other activities): Being a fun and friendly brand ambassador of Black Star Pastry - with the ability to create connections with customers, offering a stellar experience in welcoming our new customers, or brand-fans to their BSP Castle Towers experience. Having a thorough knowledge of all product offerings, in order to be able to accurately advise customers - including pricing, ingredients, allergens etc. Confidently making recommendations, anticipating customer preferences and creating a personalised experience. Assist with pre-service setup, including carefully packing cakes into boxes and ensuring all items are prepared, organised, and presented to the highest standard. Ensuring a consistent quality and presentation of food meeting the high BSP standards. Ensuring the store remains clean, organised, and presentable throughout the day, upholding hygiene and safety standards while creating a welcoming environment for customers Maintaining appropriate level of knowledge and certification in Food & Safety standards .
