1 x Full-Time Senior Product Manager Duration: Twelve (12) months (inclusive of public holidays and leave days) Qualifications: Minimum of seven years experience in product management within financial services, with strong commercial acumen, communication, stakeholder, and influencing skills. Demonstrates an advanced ability to drive outcomes and execute on a roadmap of initiatives. The Senior Product Manager will develop strategy roadmaps for EDB and manage delivery, liaising with various teams (including technology) to deliver features and objectives. Responsibilities: Support the in-life and retention squad on key initiatives to enhance engagement and retention, focusing on digital features across the broad product suite in everyday banking and cross-cutting products within the Group. Develop, implement, and embed strategies to drive engagement and retention for the product suite, including digital offerings. Lead change initiatives in partnership with delivery teams and stakeholders to improve engagement and reduce attrition. Proactively identify, understand, and manage risks across the business. Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes, supported by a deep understanding of origination and in-life experiences across the value chain. Scope data requirements, analyze problem areas (customer profiles), collaborate with analytics teams, and advise leadership on initiatives and opportunities. Understand the voice of the customer and pre-empt impacts of macro, micro, and product landscape changes. Key Success Measures Achieve quantifiable growth in front and back-book customers (Engagement, Attrition, etc.). Lead teams to high-quality delivery of initiatives supporting engagement and retention. Design and execute a best-in-class product-led strategy. Develop and maintain high-quality business reporting metrics, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on finance metrics. Lead and support team members' development and participate in team activities.
