Apply Technical insight – the capacity to quickly understand intricate operational processes and translate them into meaningful education initiatives. Your qualifications will ideally include: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Learning and Development, Communications, or a related field (required or highly regarded). A minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in education program development and delivery, ideally in compliance, regulation, or a technical sector. Knowledge / experience within the construction industry or a related sector is advantageous. A current Victorian driver’s licence.
