This position is part of the Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team which sits within the People and Change function, focusing on driving successful, people-focused transformation through structured, evidence-based approaches. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to assess change complexity, shape engagement strategies, and support adoption through tailored plans, coaching, and insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead change management strategies and plans for assigned projects aligned to organisational goals; Leverage the ECM strategy to create targeted plans including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and training; Lead change management delivery across people, processes, and systems, embedding changes effectively; Identify and mitigate employee and change risks through targeted support strategies; Conduct change readiness assessments and implement activities to support transitions; Provide regular reporting on change activities, stakeholder impacts, and governance milestones; Develop and implement communication plans, including drafting stakeholder communications; and Coach and mentor leaders and sponsors to uplift organisational change capability. The Ideal Candidate: Strategic, influential, and people-focused, you are skilled at managing complex change programs and inspiring confidence across all levels. Your communication skills, business insight, and resilience ensure change outcomes are delivered smoothly and sustainably. 7 years’ experience in a similar role; Degree in project management, social sciences, or equivalent experience; Formal change management qualifications (e.g. PROSCI); Demonstrated success in implementing change and communication strategies in large, geographically dispersed organisations; and Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor at all organisational levels.
