Exercise Physiologist | Full Time | Canberra, ACT Join the team as an Exercise Physiologist, a role dedicated to educating and supervising patient to achieve long-term health outcomes through strength training. By combining traditional exercise methods with education on the benefits of strength training, the team empowers patients to restore strength and confidence, enabling them to continue enjoying the things they love most. Key responsibilities include: Delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment to patients in Canberra. Provide individual and group rehabilitation, chronic disease management and strength and conditioning services. Building and maintaining rapport with a diverse range of patients and other health professionals. Patient report writing for DVA, NDIS, Medicare, Workcover. Ability to work independently and as part of a high performing multi-disciplinary team. Assessing and ongoing management of clients face to face in a clinical setting. Communicating and reporting to other health and medical professionals. Providing health education and promotion for patients.
