As Senior Accountant you will: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients spanning companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals Deliver end-to-end tax compliance and strategic advisory services Prepare and review financial statements, income tax returns, BAS and IAS Partner with directors on complex structuring, planning and business growth projects Mentor junior staff and play a key role in shaping the team’s future capability As Manager, you will: Lead a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services Provide clear, commercially focused tax planning, structuring, and business growth advice Oversee workflow management, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met Review and sign off on financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory lodgements Partner with directors on strategic engagements, client development, and firm-wide initiatives Play a key role in growing the advisory division by mentoring staff, supporting new hires, and driving continuous improvement The Ideal Person Ideally, you will be a commercially minded, relationship-focused professional with the following background: 3 years’ (Senior) or 5 years’ (Manager) experience in public practice A degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field CA/CPA completed or near completion Strong technical tax knowledge across multiple entity structures Experience with Xero and other accounting/tax software Excellent communication skills and attention to detail A proactive and collaborative approach Salary / Rate $80k - $140k Super – a broad range is on offer commensurate with your experience and potential Full-time position Generous WFH flexibility Free Parking How to Apply To apply online, please click on the appropriate link.
