About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic Strategic Planning team that offers varied planning projects within rural areas, peri-urban growth townships and metropolitan growth areas. The role offers a mix of Planning Scheme Amendment and policy development projects. We have exciting project opportunities, including Growth Area Precinct Structure Plans and a 400ha developer led rezone with Development Contributions Plan for a peri-urban growth area township. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a monthly ADO. Salary range is $102.7K to $114.7K (Band 7) plus superannuation. About You Our ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Town Planning and / or substantial experience in an associated industry. Looking for candidates who have a proven track record in working within a team environment, with an ability to establish and foster relationships with others to deliver collective goals.
