We’re growing fast and we’re proud of our down-to-earth, high-trust culture. About the role As a Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in technical delivery and consulting. This is primarily a senior engineer/developer role with strong customer skills — you’ll communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, guiding solutions and ensuring high-quality delivery. The focus is on ITOM or SecOps modules, with strong scripting ability, particularly in ServiceNow integration scripting and REST API integrations. What you’ll do Design and implement ServiceNow solutions in ITOM or SecOps, including integrations via REST APIs or custom scripts. Contribute as technical / SME to support qualification, scoping, estimation, design, and architecture of new or existing opportunities and projects to ensure that they meet the business requirements, are well architected, cost effective, and deliverable. Maintain up-to-date solution lifecycle artefacts, SOPs, and delivery frameworks in line with sales and delivery guidelines. Act as a trusted advisor, participate in workshops and co-design exercises, and communicate effectively with customers.
