Demonstrated experience in case management or community-based support. Knowledge of TEI program objectives and outcomes framework. Ability to work with vulnerable families, children, and youth from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficient in using client management systems and Microsoft Office. Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check. Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Desirable Experience working in regional or rural communities. Knowledge of local services in the Lithgow region. Understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
