ConsultANZ is looking for a motivated and technically capable Piling Project Engineer to join a market-leading contractor delivering major infrastructure works across NSW. This role offers the chance to contribute to high-profile, large-scale projects while building your expertise with a specialist in piling and ground engineering. The Role Be part of a team driving some of NSW’s most significant infrastructure projects. You’ll play an integral role in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex piling packages, working with modern foundation techniques. This position is ideal for engineers who thrive in fast-paced site environments and are eager to grow both their technical and project leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Support site operations in coordination with engineers, supervisors, and foremen Ensure works are delivered in line with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements Oversee temporary works and enforce strict site safety procedures Develop and monitor short-term programs, schedules, and progress reporting Prepare construction methodologies and undertake project-specific risk assessments Identify, record, and report variations or scope changes for commercial consideration Maintain accurate site diaries and ensure thorough project documentation What You Bring 5 years’ experience in piling, ground engineering, or heavy civil construction Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline Practical knowledge of piling techniques such as CFA, bored, driven, and sheet piling Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site delivery practices Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage documentation and competing priorities Flexibility to travel between projects across NSW when required Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $90K–$130K Super (depending on experience) Exposure to diverse and technically challenging projects across NSW Ongoing professional development and clear career progression pathways with an industry leader APPLY NOW if interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
