Vac Truck Operators & Confined Space Labourers Roster: casual 45-60 hours per week. Location : Whyalla, SA About the role We are seeking experienced Vacuum Truck Operators and Confined Space Labourers/Hose Technicians for ongoing work in Whyalla, SA. Shifts are up to 12 hours with penalty rates applicable. Skills and experience Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets current within the last 2 years. High Pressure Water Jetting ticket preferred. Valid Drivers Licence (HR preferred). Mining/Processing site experience. Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing Immediate availability. Local only – no accommodation provided. Duties and responsibilities Operating vacuum trucks for confined space vacuum loading, ensuring safe and efficient removal of materials in challenging environments. Responsible for water jetting tasks to clean and prepare various surfaces within the facility, adhering to all safety protocols. Working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and safety during the shutdown project.
