About the role We're seeking a dedicated Clinical Programs Manager who blends clinical expertise with operational execution. You'll own the end-to-end processes for Fresh Health, working with our subject matter expert doctors to build clinical protocols, then travelling to clinics to train nurses and ensure proper implementation across our expanding treatment offerings. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with the potential to extend. To apply, you must be based in Australia and have full working rights (citizen, permanent resident, or relevant visa holder). You'll lead protocol development, doctor onboarding, and hands-on clinic training delivery. You'll be responsible for creating medical protocols from the ground up, delivering in-person training to nurses across different treatment areas, and maintaining rigorous standards as we grow.
