Job Specification As a Pharmacist Manager , you'll lead an experienced team in delivering high-quality pharmacy services. This hands-on role involves: Overseeing daily operations and maintaining seamless workflow Providing professional services, health advice, and clinical interventions Mentoring and supporting staff, including a dispensary coordinator and pharmacy technicians Driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer care You'll work full-time with flexible hours and the opportunity to accrue monthly RDOs . Skills Required General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist At least 3 years of community pharmacy experience in Australia.
