Description Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales planning. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery. Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies. Profile A successful National Sales Manager should have: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry.
