The role: You'll manage a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity and public liability matters, with a strong advisory focus: Professional negligence defence across construction, property, engineering, IT, finance, and other professions. Policy wording, coverage advice, and input on new products. Some associated contentious public liability / personal injury matters. Direct client interaction with major insurers and insureds. Who we're looking for: 4–10 years’ post-admission experience in defendant insurance litigation. Experience in professional indemnity, public liability, general insurance or personal injuries. A commercial approach, ability to run matters independently (with genuine support and mentoring on tap). What’s on offer: Top of market salary.
