Our Graduate Program provides you with a challenging and exciting rotation schedule, working across all facets of our business including our core divisions, Operations, Strategy, Engagement and Business Development, Corporate Services, Office of the CEO, and Planning, and Assets. This program is for new graduates who are looking for an exciting opportunity that will see you working closely within our teams, developing strong relationships, learning about the land development industry and having the opportunity to attend interesting site visits, including involvement in large scale projects such as Subi East, Ocean Reef Marina and East Perth Power Station. Our 2026 Graduate Program has availability for up to 2 graduates, who will complete a rotation throughout our organisation with permanent employment after successful completion of the graduate program. 2024/2025 Graduates from all disciplines will be considered, however an interest in land and property will see you benefit from our program. About you: Completion of an undergraduate degree from an Australian University in 2024 or 2025. A pro-active “can do” attitude.
