ConsultANZ is looking for a seasoned and hands-on Piling Foreman/Supervisor to take charge of piling operations on a major infrastructure project in Brisbane. This position suits an experienced leader with extensive knowledge of CFA, bored, driven, and diaphragm wall piling, who thrives on managing complex foundation works in a dynamic site environment. The Opportunity Play a central role in delivering piling scopes on a landmark civil infrastructure project in Brisbane Oversee technically challenging ground engineering works critical to project success Join a dedicated project team committed to safety, quality, and delivery excellence Be part of shaping essential infrastructure that will serve the community for decades Key Responsibilities Direct and coordinate piling and ground engineering works across site activities Supervise piling crews operating rigs, drilling equipment, and sheet piling systems Ensure all works are delivered to technical specifications, design standards, and safety requirements Champion a strong safety-first culture and ensure OH&S compliance at all times Manage labour, subcontractors, and site logistics to maintain workflow and meet program milestones Oversee daily piling operations including CFA, bored, displacement, secant, and sheet piles, along with deep soil mixing and diaphragm walls What You Will Bring Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Foreman or Supervisor role within civil infrastructure Proven expertise across a broad range of piling methods and ground improvement techniques Strong understanding of safety, quality, and environmental compliance requirements Leadership ability to motivate, mentor, and guide crews and junior staff Collaborative approach, working closely with Project Managers to drive outcomes Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive attitude What’s on Offer Competitive salary package: $100K–$130K Super (based on experience) Long-term career opportunities with a highly regarded contractor Exposure to complex, high-value projects with meaningful community impact APPLY NOW if interested or email marnel.labarosa@consultanz.com.au to hear more about this opportunity.
