With continued growth they now have a need for an experienced Residential Estimator to join their team. The Role Your role will involve preparing estimates, takeoffs, sending out PO numbers, and negotiating contracts. You will also liaise with Designers and Drafters and check contract plans and specifications for accuracy prior to release for construction. The Requirements You will have trade or tertiary qualifications in construction, previous experience in estimating, a consistent work history as well as an excellent understanding of the full construction life-cycle. You will have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the residential construction market and building industry standards and processes.
