Project Manager Self Storage / Construction Location: Katoomba, NSW Salary : $120K Super About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver self-storage and construction projects from concept to completion. You will manage project plans, budgets, resources, contractors, and client communications, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Project estimation and material procurement Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and team members Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards Seek opportunities to improve project management processes and efficiencies Regular interstate travel will be required Contract Administration experience is a plus but not essential What We’re Looking For: 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in self-storage or construction Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, materials, and equipment Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field Proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and within budget What’s on Offer: Supportive and rewarding work environment Exposure to a variety of exciting projects Career development opportunities in a dynamic and growing company Please note this role is not remote and you will be required to be in the Katoomba office full time.
