Canex Resources are recruiting for a Warehouse Manager in the Welshpool area managing the warehouse, inventory, transport operations while proactively ensuring a safe working environment and excellent customer service. This is an ongoing role for the right person and an attractive salary package is on offer. Location: Welshpool Hours: Monday to Friday Start Date: Immediate Type: Fulltime role Key Responsibilities : Perform Supervisor or other warehouse functions as and when required, including as back up in the case of absences. Comply with all policies and procedures and successfully and complete required trainings. Work in a safe, efficient, and effective manner, proactively contributing to workplace initiatives. Promptly and proactively report any safety risks or hazards to the Safety Committee and management. Complete pre-start checks on plant and equipment, including forklifts. Ensure warehouse practices are safe and compliant with all legislation, policies, and procedures. Ensure warehouse storage layouts optimise space and facilitate accurate and efficient order picking.
