Maintenance / Yardie / All-Rounder – Coastal Far North Queensland Escape Start Date: ASAP Location: Tropical Far North Queensland What’s on Offer: Casual Role – HIGA Level 3 $32.25/hr Monday–Friday $38.70/hr Saturday $45.15/hr Sunday Subsidised Accommodation – Only $70/week Evening Meal Provided Daily Private Room (Shared Bathroom, Donga Style) Staff kitchen available on site About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance/Yardie/All-Rounder to join this energetic team in a unique outback-meets-coast environment. No two days are the same. You will be responsible for looking after maintenance and grounds duties around the property. Being a warm, tropical location all year round, you will need to enjoy working in the heat and being hands on outdoors. Your Duties Will Include: General building repairs: painting, plastering, basic plumbing, changing locks, bulbs & more Troubleshooting split-system A/Cs Groundskeeping and landscaping Loading/unloading stock, stocking fridges & displays Yard cleaning & general outdoor upkeep Assisting with drive-in area cleanliness Helping across departments as needed What We’re Looking For: Great communication and friendly customer service Reliable, stable work history Self-starter with excellent time management Can-do attitude with practical problem-solving skills Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting Forklift ticket? Big plus!
