About the Role Were seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Warrawong team. This high-performing location boasts a projected $6.7 million turnover and a dedicated team of 10-12 staff, supported by a strong 2IC. Reporting to the State Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and team leadership. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales and maintaining our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient stock flow, inventory control, and adherence to company policies. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10-12 staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Visual Merchandising: Implement and maintain compelling visual displays that align with brand standards and drive customer engagement. Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members, preparing them for future leadership roles. About You Retail Leadership Experience: Previous sales experience, ideally selling furniture or high-value items such as jewellery, cars, bedding, luxury goods / travel. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and senior management. Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and optimize store performance. Team Development: Experience in coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential. Visual Merchandising Expertise: Strong eye for detail and a passion for creating visually appealing store displays. Australian Work Rights: Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
