Job Description We’re on the lookout for an inspirational and experienced Residence Manager to lead this exciting new chapter. You’ll play a critical role in establishing a high-performing team of Nurses and Personal Care Assistants, and ensure we continue to deliver the exceptional care we’re known for. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with some occasional on-call responsibilities that include weekends and nights. What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Village Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the care centre’s daily operations and strategic leadership, including: Full accountability for staffing, budgeting, and compliance Leading and coaching your team with a strong focus on recruitment, development, and recognition Overseeing the delivery of care and services for all village residents which includes residential aged care, Independent and Assisted Living residents Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and stakeholders – and being their trusted point of contact, especially in sensitive situations Supporting sound clinical decision-making and ensuring quality care at all times Managing audits, policy implementation, and working with DOH, ACQSC, and other key external agencies Driving a strong, connected team culture across the village Please click here to view the full job description.
