Territory Manager – Construction & Demolition (Brisbane South) Ready to drive growth and make a real impact in a booming industry? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Manager on a fixed-term contract basis, initially, to join Cleanaway’s Construction and Demolition team. This is a client-facing role where you'll be out on the road, actively growing our footprint and making things happen. What you’ll be doing: Identifying and securing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and in-person engagement. Building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients to deliver tailored waste solutions. Developing strategic sales plans to support revenue growth in the Construction and Demolition sector. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service to your clients. Maintaining a healthy and up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, tracking leads and managing opportunities. Providing accurate sales forecasting and reporting to support business planning. What we’re looking for: We’re seeking business-savvy professionals who are passionate about sales and confident in a fast-paced, competitive environment. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in a Territory Manager/Business Development Manager or similar B2B sales role. A natural ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Strong commercial acumen and an ability to identify growth opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, results-focused mindset and drive to exceed sales targets.
