Description The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management of warehouse staff, stock control & logistics across multiple properties. The role ensures that warehouse operations run smoothly, meet company standards, comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and support overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished products. Ensure accurate record-keeping and support production schedules. Lead stock and Cycle counts. Staff Supervision: Lead and manage warehouse team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure staff are trained in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Logistics Coordination: Work with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries and maintain accurate dispatch documentation. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement to boost warehouse efficiency and reduce costs. Health & Safety: Ensure the warehouse adheres to safety regulations and creates a safe work environment. Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate reports on inventory, team performance, and operational metrics. Ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory standards Skills And Experiences Desired Skills and Experience: Relevant qualifications in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management (desirable). Proven experience in warehouse management Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to high-quality standards and company values. With valid Australian driver's license
