What this opportunity involves: Join our elite team supporting a government client where you'll combine strategic leadership with cutting-edge analytics to transform how public sector organisations optimise their workspace. This role offers the opportunity to influence large scale real estate decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver data driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This is a fixed term contract until November 2026. Snapshot of the role: Lead strategic occupancy planning by managing teams and stakeholders to develop comprehensive plans for the client. Foster partnerships with Corporate Real Estate to review planning forecasts, resolve requirements, and address strategic concerns. Collect headcount data and accommodation plans that enable strategic decision-making. Support construction project strategies by providing occupancy expertise and assisting with implementation across government facilities. Collaborate with Client Strategy Teams to review moves, develop migration plans, and provide accommodation strategies. Oversee Occupancy Planning operations whilst gathering intelligence and developing recommendations that maximise space utilisation. Serve as Subject Matter Expert on workplace programmes, using analytics to drive productivity solutions and model superior client management. Prepare executive reports on seat demand whilst championing adoption of space management systems across stakeholders. What we are looking for: We're seeking a dynamic team leader who combines people management expertise with strategic thinking, bringing technical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for driving innovative workplace solutions. Proven experience leading teams and managing diverse stakeholders with ability to influence and drive results in complex government environments. Outstanding written and verbal skills with ability to engage executive-level clients, think strategically, and simplify complex concepts.
