Company Description Qi Flow Wellness is a specialized TCM and massage wellness center located in the peaceful St Lucia area of Brisbane. Since opening in 2025, we've been dedicated to providing authentic Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments including acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, and therapeutic massage in a tranquil, purpose-built clinic environment. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a TCM Practitioner at Qi Flow Wellness, located in St Lucia, QLD. The TCM Practitioner will be responsible for performing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) treatments, including acupuncture, herbal therapy, and other holistic health practices. The practitioner will consult with patients to determine medical history and health goals, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide education on wellness and preventative health practices. Qualifications Proficiency in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including acupuncture, herbal therapy, and other TCM techniques Ability to consult with patients, assess their needs, and develop personalized treatment plans Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of holistic health and wellness practices Relevant certifications and licensure in Traditional Chinese Medicine Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a clinical or wellness setting is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine or a related field
